If your tour is rescheduled, all registered guests will be offered three options: 1) reschedule the same photo tour (same destination) on a future date, based on availability; 2) select a different photo tour in the future and your payment will be applied to the new tour. Your account will be reconciled with either a credit or an additional balance due, depending on the new tour price; or 3) you may take your time deciding on a future tour. Your deposit or payment will be kept in your account until you let us know when you would like to travel. We reserve the right to not allow cancellations for any group or private photo tours or trips that fall beyond GPW’s designated pandemic postponement timeline, and for a period of up to twelve months after a infectious disease outbreak is ordered a pandemic. Guests who choose to cancel will be offered a postponement and an opportunity to reschedule using the three options listed above. Sudden infectious disease outbreaks can significantly impact businesses worldwide. As a small business in the international travel sector, we are not in a position to provide mass guest refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to our ‘no refund policy’ related to infectious disease outbreaks. We understand your concerns, and safety is our first priority.

Force Majeure: Greece Photo Workshops will not be liable for any delay in, change to or cancellation of trips due to ‘Force Majeure’. ‘Force Majeure’ means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Greece Photo Workshops and includes, but is not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, and strikes.

PRICES, SURCHARGES AND TAXES

Basis of Rates: All prices are based on double occupancy (two persons sharing a room). All prices and fares are quoted in EUROS. The rates are based on current tariffs and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. While we will do everything possible to maintain the listed prices, if it is necessary to levy a surcharge, we reserve the right to do so, and notification will be given at the time of final invoicing.

Tours are priced and advertised inclusive of applicable taxes. GPW will not increase the price of your photo tour after you have paid in full. Prior to this time, GPW reserves the right to amend the price of unsold photo tours at any time and correct errors in the prices of confirmed tours. GPW also reserves the right to increase the price of confirmed photo tours and trips solely to allow for increases which are a direct consequence of changes in:

(a) The price of the carriage of passengers resulting from the cost of fuel or other power sources;

(b) The level of taxes or fees applicable to the tour imposed by third parties not directly involved in the performance of the tour, including tourist taxes, landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports

Such variations could include but are not limited to cruise ship operators and any other transport providers.

You will be charged for the amount of any increase in accordance with this clause. However, if this means that you have to pay an increase of more than 8% of the price of your confirmed photo tour (excluding  amendment charges and/or additional services or travel arrangements), you will have the option of accepting a change to another tour  (if this is of equivalent or higher quality you will not have to pay more but if it is of lower quality you will be refunded the difference in price), or cancelling and receiving a full refund of all monies paid except any amendment charges and/or additional services or travel arrangements. Should you decide to cancel for this reason, you must exercise your right to do so within 7 days from the issue date printed on your final invoice.

There will be no change made to the price of your confirmed photo tour/trip within 30 days of your departure nor will refunds be paid during this period.
